 LPAR IBM i debit credits rapidly from PEP 2.0 needlessly

Hi

We're experiencing a PEP 2.0 pool where an LPAR consumes pool credits, and there's no apparent reason for this, as PowerHA isn't being used; it only has the product installed.
IBM i V7R5
Is there a cause? Parameters?

Hi Humberto,

If PowerHA is installed, it can cause metering in a PEP 2.0 environment.  You should uninstall it.

You can open a case against the Cloud Management Console to get the credits charged for PowerHA usage refunded.

Hi Humberto,

You should see a notification under Cloud Management Console for the Enteprise Pool 2.0 that PowerHA is detected. Additionally PowerHA should also appear in software list in CMC portal. 

As long as the product is installed on the system it can detect the usage so just uninstall it if not in use.
