How are you? We missed you at the User Conference in NY this week :)
On Shared Views, we are aware of the issue. It's affecting all Customers (not just you) that are currently behind Frontdoor (our login portal).
The reason is we had to apply a security fix two weeks ago in our latest release that rendered the functionality inoperable.
We are working hard to figure out a compromise to get the service back up and running. As you can imagine from the time it's taking, this one requires a bit of added due diligence from our Engineering team. We will keep you posted through the helpdesk as we make progress on this feature.
In the meantime, if you have users that are dependent on this functionality right now. Let's setup some time (through your CSM -- Haneen), we do have some temporary workarounds that we could suggest.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this service disruption might have caused. Rest assure we are working on a resolution.
