Hello,

I am currently testing the execution of my scripts via API. According to the documentation, I should access the URL https://localhost:8099/; however, when I try to view the license, the following error message is displayed.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

I look forward to your comments.

Best regards, Samuel

Hi Samuel,
Please check if the "IBM Robotic Process Automation Service" is running.

Hi Claudio,
Yes, the "IBM Robotic Process Automation Service" is running.

What else should I check?

I advise you to open a support case (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US) and upload the AgentService log to investigate the cause.
"C:\ProgramData\IBM Robotic Process Automation\AgentService.log"

You can open this site directly from the IBM RPA icon in the SysTray (next to the clock).
If I'm not mistake this page was changes to https://localhost:8099/web/en-US/ibmrpaclient

If the site is still inaccessible, it may be that the computer has a policy or antivirus blocking port 8099 from opening.

Another possibility is that the certificates for this port may have expired.
In newer versions, the IBM RPA service regenerates these certificates.
In this case, you can check the certificates by opening Computer Certificate.
