Hi,
I need to install IBM SPSS and was only given the name of the software ("IBM SPSS" without the specific product name) and a key given to me by my lab supervisor. I tried downloading SPSS Statistics, went through the whole process of emailing IBM, got the license string, put it in the License Launcher, and got the error message that such a license doesn't exist. How do I find out, based on the key, whether this is an SPSS Statistics product first of all, then what I did wrong that I cannot install this product on my computer. How can I access the full software with the key I have?
