Need help!!

We've created a Labor to Tower Mapping file. We intend to "Join" this with our ITRT Raw Table, and then map it to ITRT Master Data.

We did the Join based on "Sub-Tower" and get a 0.0% match, as a result all "joined" columns are there, but totally BLANK. We've double checked data type (both labels), {Various} et.al.

We did the same approach using a Vendor to Tower mapping file, and it worked like a charm with a very high %matching at the Join step.

... any idea what gives?

Turned out to be an issue at the back-end and needed some engineering intervention ... the issue has been fixed and we await to hear from Apptio Support re what caused it.
