Hi,

Does anyone use an ITP Labor tab for detailed planning of IT human resources (especially external) name by name?

If yes would you like to share you expertise on that?

If no what tools do you use for that? Is your HR department responsible for external labor budget planning?

Are you talking about external employees like temp staffing?

If so, we utilize the contracts tab to manage these employees. The main problem with this is that it doesn't incorporate these individuals as part of the headcount.

That being said, we can establish our individuals, their roles, salary contract amount and amortize it through the duration of their contract for forecasting and tracking using the contracts tab.
