 Issue with Product Documentation Navigation Link

I just found that the "Product Documentation" link which previously SSO-enabled through the Frontdoor doesn't work any more. It now requires a username and password (refer screenshots below).



​​In general, what's the space to submit any issues re Apptio Community?

@Jaitabh Jewel Sharma below is the confirmation that I received, this seems to be working as expected.  Please let me know if you are running into an error, etc when attempting to access the Help Center.

"If you click it from within the product, you are already logged in so it takes you straight to the Help Center (product documentation) 

If you click it from Community and you aren’t already logged into Apptio product, then you would need to enter your username and password."

Hi @Jaitabh Jewel Sharma you can email us at apptiocommunity@apptio.com for anything Community related.  A different team owns the Product Documentation login, I will check in with them and see if this is a glitch and will get back to you as soon as I hear back.  Thank you for letting us know!​

@Lauren Pagan ... what if I click from community, not logged into the product, and our instance is SSO-enabled (so there is no password)?​​​​

​After clicking the link for "Product Documentation", I see this (as expected)

After I enter my username, and clicked "Next", I expected to be logged into Product Docuentation through SSO. Instead, I'm directed to this screen to enter a password.

Could this be to do with Frontdoor region? I note that the link directs to frontdoor.apptio.com and not to frontdoor-au.apptio.com
Please investigate. Thanks.

@Jaitabh Jewel Sharma it looks like there is an issue with your Frontdoor login since you are not able to access Help Center.  Please submit a ticket to support and they will be able to take a look into your Help Center/Frontdoor access issues.​
