 Interim fixes for Open Liberty containers

  1. Does Open Liberty use the same iFixes as WebSphere Liberty? If not, how do I get the OL ones? Every search I've tried seems to only find WL ones.
  2. Can I mount an iFix into a container image, or do I have to build a new image? Mounting would be preferable for a number of reasons.
