Hi,
We are currently using IBM Netcool Omnibus (latest version) in our organization, integrated with BMC Remedy ITSM 20.02 On-Premise, to automatically open incidents.
As part of our transition from BMC On-Prem to BMC Helix ITSM (Cloud Version 25), we would like to confirm whether Netcool (and its integration gateway) can still work and integrate with the Helix cloud environment.
If such integration is supported:
Could you please advise how this should be implemented?
Are there any official documentation, best practices, or requirements for this integration?
We couldn't locate any clear references or guidance in the documentation available so far.
