No matter what I try, I keep facing setbacks without any results.
I signed up for a free trial last Saturday, but when I clicked on the activation link, nothing happened. I then received an email stating that due to high trial volumes, I was placed in a queue. I had no idea how long I would have to wait, as I tried repeatedly to click on that link.
Fast forward to this week, and still nothing is happening. Each attempt has ended in failure, and to make matters worse, I accidentally canceled my trial. Now, I’m trying to restore or extend it.
I need access to Instana for my final project on Coursera, as we were instructed to use it to complete our final lab assignments.
