Navigate to https://login.ibm.com/usc/settings
You'll need to authenticate with your Passkey, Username and Password or Passwordless QR login if the account is still in your Verify App.
After authentication, and the Profile tab displays, switch to the Security tab.
You will be asked to complete a multi-factor authentication. If you aren't getting Push notifications as you deleted the account from your Verify App, don't use that option, instead, likely email.
Having completed MFA, you'll now see your registered factors.
Here you can remove (delete) the old IBM Security Verify App registration and the Authenticator app.
When you click Add new method
choose IBM Security Verify app
From there you'll get your QR code to perform a new app registration.
If you're referring to a QR code to register an Authenticator for another service to register MFA there, you'll need to head over to that external account and use the QR code generated there (for that service) and scan it with your Verify app.
