Hello Tech Community,

I’m seeking advice on the most suitable solution for implementing disaster recovery (DR) replication in an IBM Db2 pureScale environment. The database supports a Core Banking System (CBS), so we’re targeting an RTO and RPO of 10 minutes or less.

Could you please recommend a DR solution capable of meeting these requirements?

Thanks in advance!

Did you look at HADR for PureScale?

Your other options are:
CDC replication
Storage Replication
GDPC

Hi Eric

We are working on a similar approach with our client her in Brazil. They have Db2 pureScale running on LinuxONE, and we are working with HADR between data centers.
For me is the first option when the primary cluster and the secondary have the same architecture ( same number of members,..)
If this is not your case, you can go with Q Rep or CDC
