IBM cloud or startup

Hi all,

I have received an offer from IBM cloud and the TC is significantly higher than my current comp 60%. I currently work at a successful startup in bay area, but i'm overworked and stressed. I've been at this role for nearly a now and i'm looking to switch. The pros of this job is that the tech is extremely new and interesting and I enjoy my larger team. There will also be more vacation days if I stay next year.

If IBM cloud has good technologies, I think I will be happy. Does anyone who has worked there know the general structure of the team? During my interviews it seemed that they are incorporating OSS? But i'm not sure... They still have the stigma around. Thanks
