 IBD v10 error: DOBSQLParser

Just installed IBM IBD10, and I'm attempting to import an existing EGL service. When attempting to build the Service package, I'm receiving the following error:

Errors running builder 'EGL Advanced Builder' on project 'Services'.
com/ibm/etools/sqlparse/DOBSQLParser

I'm not sure what the DOBSQLParser is, but any advice on how to get around this issue?
