We recently got an account setup, and have our first batch of devices to be setup for our techs. They are restricted to where they cant sign in with another email for google play services and have specific apps from playstore for work use (outlook, whatsapp, quickbase, fastfield, etc). However when they try to sign into outlook or even whatsapp, wE are seeing issues around email sign in and can't seem to find which setting to 'whitelist' email domains and how to even enter them. We understand it should be under policy, but from there we are not sure.

- Out of Compliance Reasons
- Account(s) not in allowlist : WhatsApp, Work account, **********@companyemail.com, *******@gmail.com, ********@gmail.com, need to be removed
We navigated to security>policies> primary policy> "Accounts" > Configure accounts and see a 'Allowlist' Section, but no clear way on how domains should be entered (or if this is even the right area).
Any guidance would be deeply appreciated!
