Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on setting up user access rights in our IBM OpenPages GRC environment. I would like to know if it's possible to:

Assign a user a local admin role, allowing them to:

  • Create or modify users only within their own organizational scope (e.g. department, business unit, region)
  • Without giving them global admin rights, which provide access to all users across the system

The goal is to delegate user administration to local managers while maintaining proper data segregation between organizational units.

Is this possible by using:

  • Specific groups or roles?
  • User/object-level access restrictions?
  • Advanced visibility rules?

Thanks in advance for your help or any feedback based on your experience with this kind of setup.

Koutam Moulaye Mohamed.

We do have the function of delegated admin, on the platform.

This provides mainly the user the ability to manage other users within their realm/domain
