 How to calculate Applcation Count by Application Family , filter condition is Cost Center

I want to calculate Applcation Count by Application Family , Filter condition is Cost Center Name = Tokyo and Osaka. The relationship Application Name and Cost Center Name is many to many . The data and report displayed are similar to the image below. Please help me. Note the above data is absolutely correct. if you change line 6 cost center to Hokaido then there will be no problem like I encountered. The reason is because I used lookupEx to get Cost Center from Cost Source Master to Application

The source table as stated:

Using a sub total will get you the report with the Global Filter, but with some additional information, hope this helps.

Add App Family and Name into a table and add a column (Count column: =1).

Then use Sub total to group the data per family.
