How reliable is Postgres as Content Store for Cognos Analytics with critical production applications?
Postgres as supporting content store with JDBC drivers is one thing. But how reliable is Postgres when we are using it as content store in large enterprise deployments? Are there any IBM metrics that were published comparing between Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and Postgres that i can refer to? Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server as Content store has been there for ages. They have been tested with time. But Postgres was added as supporting environment from version 12.0.4, which was released last year. Can you share some insights on this?
