 How can I find my Cloud Instance page?

I tried to access my Cloud Instance page linked in the tutorial "Set up an IBM Quantum channel" to copy CRN, but my Cloud Instance page wasn't found.
 
Also, I could not find a website that describes how to access the Cloud Instance page.
 
I am sorry for the trouble, but could you describe how to find my Cloud Instance page?
