Hourly report stopped working after 7pm EST (12amUTC). Time zone issue

I scheduled hourly scheduled report with "TODAY" as the parameter. It stopped working at 7 pm EST, which is UTC because the "TODAY" parameter becomes the next day (e.g I ran a report at 9:00pm EST on 03 MAR25 and the report showed 04 MAR25 and no data). My time zone is set to EST in "my prefrence" though. Please let me know how to fix it

The scheduled report does not run on your computer, but on the Cognos server. If that server lives in another time zone than you do, situations like the one you describe can happen. In that case, you will need to tweak your calculation of "today".
