I have a client who's using the Hold Cell Function abit too much. They use it to distribute a lot of figures. As the hold cubes is increasing, the system will work slower to distribute, probably related to the fact that cells has to be checked for Hold.
When we restart, all hold cubes is removed - but reappear once a user logs on or has a session. There's not necessarily a cell being held, but the cube exists again.
- Is there a standard way to remove all hold cells (the cube holding the hold) for all users?
- Why is the hold cubes reappearing and how do we remove it entirely so it doesn't reappear (no new hold has been done since the restart)?
