 Health Check Patch Failure and Recommended Patch Unavailable in Fix Central

Good day everyone,
We have a standalone collector appliance running on 11.4P492, and we are trying to upgrade to 12.1.
 
We plan to upgrade to 11.5 before moving to 12.1, but during the health check patch 9997 installation, we got an error message.
 
After reviewing the log, we discovered that the reason for the failure is rpm incompatibility, and we needed to install 11.0p9990 and 11.0p1057 to resolve the issue, but I have checked Fix Central, and the patch is not there. Can you provide me with the link to download the patch or walkthrough steps to resolve this issue?
 
I have attached a screenshot of the error message while searching Fix Central and also the health check report.

You can navigate to Fix Central > Other Patch and search for the required patch.

Please refer to the example below.
