Hello IBMers,

I just wanted to check if this is the right group to reach out to OMS SMEs for technical questions related to the implementation of various use cases that arise during our project work.

Apologies if this isn’t the correct forum — I understand we have an #OMS-TECH channel specifically for Sterling OMS queries. I was wondering if it's appropriate to post similar questions here as well, or if we should stick to that channel for technical discussions.

Hi Rajat - you can post questions here as well. The other communities you referred to are IBM internal only,  whereas in this community you can share learnings with the larger community and is not limited to IBMers. Any Sterling OMS practitioner can participate once they join this community.
