In an effort to further analyze fall out we would like to extract fall out data from the Sankey diagram to excel. We are aware that you can manually copy the table (usefull if only a few pages but otherwise very cumbersome) as well as extracting individual columns to excel, but is there a way to extract all columns showing and data to excel (similar to how you would export a table to excel in Apptio)?

Many thanks!

Hello @Fredrik Larsson
I have received the following reply from our Sr. Services Consultant @Jenny Franklin on above query:

I would almost suggest going to the cost diagram and clicking once on an object, and then looking at the table to the left.  To pull in cost drivers, you would do a show/hide on that table and search for '(cost driver' (without the quotes) and pull in those columns; to pull in the allocations, you would search 'to:' and pull in those columns.  You could also then right-click on the table, copy to a clipboard, and paste into a report if it's something they want to review regularly.

I hope this information will help you with data extraction

Hello @Fredrik Larsson

I acknowledged your question and trying to find the best answer.
Can you please elaborate on the product in which you want to extract data?
Is it TBM Studio?
