 Error when calling any app using Watsonx Orchestrate Trial – ERR_PROV_GENERAL

Hello everyone,

I'm currently using the trial version of Watsonx Orchestrate, and I'm facing an issue when trying to execute any skill involving app integrations. I've tested this with Jira, Slack, and Gmail, and in all cases, I receive the same error, preventing the skill from being executed.

Here is the error message I consistently receive:
ERR_PROV_GENERAL, 'skill_status_code': None, 'output': 'Unable to execute skill due to internal error'

I'm having the same problem, already with the first tutorial (Using the Outlook skill to send emails). Is there a way to see any logs from the backend? "Internal server error" is somewhat unspecific... and it could always be a configuration error on my, which can be fixed if I get an idea what might be going on.
