 Error Using Watsonx Orchestrate on Trial: Possible Service Issue

I’m facing an issue when trying to ask questions to Watsonx Orchestrate, but I keep getting an error in response. I suspect I might have made a mistake, possibly deleting some service or instance, but I’m not sure how to fix it now. I’m using the free trial version, and I’m certain I haven’t hit the token limit since I haven’t really used the service yet.
