 Error occur when install for sevral of Open Source Software

Hi 

I would like to install sevral Open Source Software as AIX toolbox to AIX7.3. Already I installed some AIX toolbox. However sevral AIX toolbox install is failed.
For example , I tried install as screen-4.7.0-1.aix6.1.ppc.rpm when it output a error as following

# env LANG=C rpm -Uvh /tmp/screen-4.7.0-1.aix6.1.ppc.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        info is needed by screen-4.7.0-1.ppc

However , I can some AIX toolbox is done. I tried install for zlib-1.2.13-1.aix7.1.ppc.rpm result as following

# env LANG=C rpm -Uvh /tmp/zlib*.rpm
Verifying...                          ################################# [100%]
Preparing...                          ################################# [100%]
Updating / installing...
   1:zlib-1.2.13-1                    ################################# [ 50%]
   2:zlib-devel-1.2.13-1              ################################# [100%]

How I can fix error for sevral AIX toolbox ?

PS.

We do not have an iso file of AIX Toolbox. We purchased servers from IBM OEM. And we have registered an IBM ID. However, the serial number of the server is not valid and cannot be authenticated by ESS.　So I am not able to build local repo and we can not use DNF command.
