 Error Message when logging into PAW

Hi all,

Occasionally (and not reproducibly), a client encounters the following error message when logging into PAW:

Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'perspective').

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

HI Jekatherina,

Yes, have experienced this from time to time and seems random.
I have not been able to reproduce on demand so not logged any tickets.

My guess is it may be down to a cookie but cannot prove or disprove so we just tell users to ignore and carry on...

Yes, we’ve run into the same issue as well. It happens now and then, and like you, we haven’t been able to reproduce it.

I think we have this issue to - it has only recently started appearing.

I encoutered this in PA Cloud, because my URL was https://XXXXX.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com/?perspective=pa-home

I encoutered the error message.

But with only https://XXXXX.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com no error

Perhaps the explanation ?
