 EPM Cognos Report not responding

Hi,

I am trying to run EPM Cognos Analytics - Universal Bid/ Win Summary for HW and the report is not responding with results. I get a pop up saying Unexpected Error occurred when to entering the Launch page. Appreciate immediate support.
