 Enrollment showing failed on device even when the status on the portal is showing enrolled.

I am trying to enroll my virtual device through andriod device.On the portal i can see the status as enrolled, but on the device it is showing error-asking for two option i.e retry and abort.How can it be resolved?

Hello Sakshi,

Did you receive any specific error message? I recommend aborting that attempt and trying to enroll again. If the device still fails to enroll, please contact break/fix support. They can further investigate the issue and provide troubleshooting to enroll the device.
