oops, turns out the new FrontDoor user experience (Enhanced Access Administration) hasn't been publicly released yet. The screenshot I grabbed is from an internal system where it is being user tested. I am told the Enhanced Access Administration UI will be released sometime in in Q2. My apologies for the confusion.
In the meantime, you can still use the older Access Administration experience to accomplish the same thing. To do that, select the Access Administration option (from the Gear menu) and follow the steps outlined in this article.
