Hello Educators, we’re halfway through our Educator Experience! We are going to Week 8 the last week of Introduction to System Programming on IBM Z course. Don’t miss the session recordings! Hello all! I asked Paul Newton on the call yesterday but off  hand he didn't immediately know of any recommendations so I thought I would ask here!  

 in the Intro to Sys Prog you do a lot of stuff with data sets, allocate, new members, compress etc etc, but it's all very abstract. I'm looking for any recommendations or materials that go through using these concepts I've learnt but applying them to a scenario - because that will help it sink in better for me. Maybe you are a lecturer and you could share activities you've made for class with me.   I will go back and redo some of the Zxplore stuff as I feel I'll get even more out of them now.    But.. even so... any recommendations for tutorials/walkthroughs with scenarios - that would be super useful as I'm not at the point where I could just 'make up' my own scenarios yet! Many thanks!

1. EducaTalk #2: Teaching Linux on IBM Z – From Academic Gap to Industry Impact with Vincent Terrone.

2. Group Work: Our Agile Design Thinking session was led by Julio Cruz. The objective of the group work is to create an exceptional educational experience by leveraging the learning resources acquired in this experience. Julio effectively guided the educators through the innovation framework, fostering active participation and engagement.

• The document should be submitted in PDF format via email to mafer.martinez@ibm.com and malini.prasad@ibm.com no later than May 9, 2026.

• The document should be named: EducatorName_University_EEProject.

Important Note: Project presentation is part of the requirements to get the IBM Z Educator Badge
