 EBS Snapshots associated with AMIs

Hi Team,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to see EBS Snapshots that are associated with AMI's in AWS? We're trying to build a report in Cloudability to get a count of the snapshots.

Hello @Joshua Schmellenkamp,

Here is the answer from @Selwyn Martin one of our Cloudability CSM :
while not specifically snapshots associated to AMIs, this report gives you an overall count of EBS Snapshots

It's not a 'normal' Cloudability report but one can ad-hoc see the counts and relevant info in the `Resource Inventory` are of the insights tab. One has to export the results manually though (not sure this is even available via their api)

Also not sure about the count on the report in the previous post, does it take into account volumes that have been deleted? There may be some double counting
