Does ILMT disconnected scanner version use sequential session ID's for its web sessions? I need the webpage that shows the answer please.

Not really sure what you mean by this....

Disconnected scanner uses a 'Web connection' (through HTTP request) only to upload disconnected scan results to ILMT sever.

That upload is conducted by means of curl or PowerShell.
Any related HTTP session handling is processed internally by curl/PowerShell itself.
