Content Management and Capture

I have a really odd situation where one Job in an application is not saving the scanned images to the batch folder.  Other jobs that scan are working just fine.

1. All jobs use the same fi-7030 scanner attached to the workstaion
2. All jobs have the same configuration for their scan.xml  (upload immediately is set to true)
3. The scan job opens fine, and the scanner scans the images without any errors.
4. The scanned images DO NOT show up in the batch tree nor are they loaded into the batch folder
5. The image do not appear int the Scan.xml

I've checked the tms logs, web logs, and the StartPanel_rrs.log and event logs and do now see any errors anywhere.

Any suggestions as to why a single scan job in the same application will not work when all others do.
