Creating an IBMid should be a straightforward process. Please see https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibmid?topic=introduction
You may have as many IBMids as you like and deploy them to as many devices as you like.
The restrictions will be:
- The IBMid must be associated with an active IBM SPSS product and entitlement.
- The device must not already be activated and signed in to another IBMid.
Login to https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard under each of your IBMids, click on your product tile, and use the "Manage" interface to make sure you have de-activated all of your current devices. At that point you should be able to launch your IBM SPSS application and login with any of your valid and active IBMids associated with that application.
