not sure what you are trying to achieve. My guess is you are mixing up OS and QRadar Interface configuration. Bond interfaces are either configured during setup or later using the network interfaces tab. Assigning them to HA is possible as well. Qradar primarily supports VLANs for monitoring interfaces, where VLAN tags are read from the monitoring interface. There are regular interfaces you can bond together defining slave interfaces using the desired bond mode and giving them a common name. Subinterface is a term being used when doing your VLAN configuration in the OS and on your network components. Qradar is calling them slaves. Defining VLAN tags is not part of QRadar config but isnt needed either, as it should be transparent.
Example: vlan 20 data is using the two 10g ports as two slaves assigned and named bond2 using the slaves bond 2.10 and bond2.20. Note: vlan config is dpne outside Qradar. Provided your VLANs 10, 20 and 30 are using the same IP network and mask, you should be able to put it all together. However this should be done before setup. As HA is always configured later after initial setup this could get a bit tricky. The idea of separating management and monitoring is to separate those functions if needed. HA is an option for management interfaces. You can monitor your management interface if you like using it as an flow interface as well.
Are you trying to migrate your mgmt network? Do you have HA configured already? Yes, you can do that to answer your question but the procedure depends on what you have already got.
