Hi Team,
I am trying to enroll the formatted Android device using QR code using below steps
Account type: user account Device management: work profile on corporate-owned deviceDevice ownership: Corporate Shared
after providing the same account email id and password at the device end. finally it is throwing an below error:
"The enrollment request is invalid. Please contact your IT administrator for further assistance"
Please suggest and help me.

It is possible you do not have available licenses for new enrollments. Please check with your reseller/distributor on this or 'Hide" an inactive enrollment which will free up a license.

If you go to DEVICES > ENROLLMENTS what is the status of the request and is there any Error Information (right side column)?
