When we initially deployed TRIRIGA 10.8, we had our developer create a custom concierge workflow for us because the OOTB Concierge only allows for private spaces to be reserved. We needed our reservable spaces to be available for anyone to book and provide users the option to ask our coordinators to book for them. Is the OOTB Concierge function changing in MREF that would provide us the ability to reserve all reservation classes (reservable, requestable, private)? Or do we need to keep our custom workflow for the upgrade?
