Hi , as a student I am trying to access the Cognos Analytics on Cloud Trial for Students but it says "Activation in progress" for the

past 5 days can anyone help me to activate this please

Hi Mohammed, 

Have you had a chance to follow the steps provided in the 'View Support Information'? After requesting the Cloud Trial, you should have received an email with the trial access link.

If you haven’t received it, the support information also guides you on how to raise a ticket with the relevant team to investigate the issue further.

If your Cognos Analytics on Cloud Trial for Students has been showing "Activation in progress" for several days, here are a few steps you can try:

    Clear your browser cache and try logging in again. Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues.

    Try a different browser or device to rule out local browser issues.

    If the issue persists, it's likely a backend activation delay. In that case, it's best to contact IBM support directly using the IBM Support Portal or post on the IBM Community Forums.

Include your IBM ID, date of sign-up, and a screenshot (if possible) to help them resolve it faster.
