Hello IBM Cognos Support Team
I initiated the IBM Cognos Analytics trial for my Coursera Data Visualization course. I have completed the IBM account verification and multifactor authentication setup, but the trial status is still showing "Activation in progress", and i am unable to launch Cognos Analytics
