This error is likely what’s appearing.

Given that, it seems to affect the FS5200 and FS5300, since the FS7300 and FS9500 do not show any issues when upgrading the firmware.
At this point, the only option is to wait for version 9.1.0.4 or wait for IBM to release a fix.
In this situation, it’s not even worth opening a ticket, as the response will simply be to wait for a new firmware, which has happened several times in the past.
