Hello John,

I think the CM-REQ-4023 error usually pops up because Cognos gets tripped up by the tilde (~) shortcut, which it can't use to create new files directly. To fix this, just try saving your object directly into your actual My Content or Team Content directory instead, or manually create the destination folder there first if it doesn't exist yet.

"My Content" is also not showing. It keeps on loading. I cannot create a new folder also.
