 Cloudability API V3 Authentication Issue

Hi Team,

We are trying to call the Cloudability API V3 (https://api.cloudability.com/v3/reporting/cost/measures) by passing the API key that we have generated in our environment. However, we were getting the authentication 401 error. 


However, the same API Key is working while we are trying to login using https://frontdoor-eu.apptio.com/service/apikeylogin endpoint.


Please note that, we have assigned these permission "Cloudability_Non-restrictedUser and CloudBillingUser" for the APIKey that we have generated and used in above API Calls. 

Could you please let us know or the steps that we have to follow for fixing the issue that we are facing while we connect through this API "https://api.cloudability.com/v3/reporting/cost/measures" ?

Hi @Jegan Thangaraj , the Cloudability API and Frontdoor API use different keys. For the Cloudability one can you make sure you are using the key from the Manage Profile -> Preferences page:
