Has anyone ever experienced a "Cloud ISO Teardown" hang? I have a Classic Infrastructure VPS that had a filesystem hiccup so I entered Rescue Mode to load a live environment, ran a filesystem check which completed successfully, then went to exit Rescue Mode to boot normally and the process hung at status "Cloud ISO Teardown". That was 2 days ago and no responses to support tickets or any change in the status. Has anyone ever had this happen?
