 Client Exception error in QRadar when accessing the Log Activity tab

Hello Everyone,

I encountered a client-side error in QRadar when opening the Log Activity tab. The error message was: TypeError: _GUIActions[strActionName].push is not a function. 

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Hung,

Is this on a production system

You can try to clear the tomcat cache

If this is a production system and clearing the cache doesn't help I would recommend to open a support case.
