I would like to request clarification regarding the activation of my IBM SPSS trial licence.

On 22 November, I created an IBM account and downloaded the SPSS installation file in advance in order to use the trial later when needed.

At that point, I did not start the trial, launch SPSS, enter any licence or activation code, or log in for the purpose of using the trial.

On 23 November, I received an email (from IBMDataandAI@email.ibm.com) informing me that my free SPSS trial had already started.

To date, I still have not launched the trial, entered an activation code on my PC, or logged in to use the trial.
Given this situation, I would be grateful if you could kindly clarify the following:

Is the SPSS trial period automatically activated simply by creating an IBM account?

Has my SPSS trial period already begun unintentionally, even though I have not started using the software?

If so, would it be possible to adjust or reset the trial period so that I can use it from the point at which I actually begin working with SPSS?
