 Cannot archive or delete a credential (linked or child account) - the functionality icon is not displayed

I have a main account with some child accounts, and I want to archive or delete one of them, but the options aren't showing up. Is it possible to delete or archive a child account? If so, what are the requirements and the process?

The documentation explains the process for achieving this as follows:

Archive a credential

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Vendor Credentials.
  2. Click Vendor Credentials.
  3. Find the account you want to archive.
  4. Hover your cursor over the Notes Icon (...)
  5. Click the Archive archive credential icon icon and select Confirm when prompted. 

Delete a credential

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Vendor Credentials
  2. Find the account you want to delete.
  3. Hover your cursor over the Notes icon (...)
  4. Select the Delete delete credential icon icon and click Confirm when prompted.

Hello,

The instructions you listed from the documentation are correct. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when looking at the vendor credential page in Cloudability for AWS? You can blur/strike your account IDs prior to sharing.
