 Can Datalink Export to Other Systems

Just was wondering if there is a way to export data from Apptio Datalink to other systems .

Hi Dawn.

Yes, there are a few ways.  The simplest is to just create a report in Studio with the data you want.  Any report you create has an API endpoint that you can connect to and consume the data from another system.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

Maybe with Datadrop? At some point we used it, but in the reverse direction (from external systems into Apptio).
All connectors I've seen are inbound, so I don't really know. @Doug Greer's suggestion works, but doesn't need Datalink. We have used it on and off to load Apptio data into our corporate BI platform.​

Hello,
That is great news.  Is there documentation on how to configure for other Applications to consume?  We know how to obtain the API URL for the report but need the other information for the external application to enter.
