 CA 11.2.2: Cannot change regional options

Hi all,

After installing, configuring and running Cognos Analytics 11.2.2, we cannot set the language or time zone (selectors are not working, nothing pops up). Tried this with both restored and new content.

Architecture is 2-server:
1 server: Gateway + Content Manager
2 server: Application
